Dripping - 300 mysteriously stretched colored strings

Dripping by Pierre Fabre  is a work composed of at least 300 colored strings mysteriously stretched, radiating from the summit of the cascade down to the basin below. A thin trickle of liquid drips from each descending line until the water breaks into tiny droplets. As they fall, perfect concentric circles are drawn on the water’s surface below. The public can interact directly with the work by shaking the strings in front of them to make the water droplets fall. A new trace of liquid will form.
