Ian McChesney won Planning Permission for this new five bedroom family house in the Sydenham Park Conservation area. The architect negotiated extensively with local Planners on the design. It was constructed from a sustainable timber frame clad in flush glazed opaque glass panels and incorporates a range of environmental features and will achieve Code 4 of The Code for Sustainable Homes.
